How do I search for an item?

Most views show a search bar at the top - select the search bar and start typing. Song searches include the song title, artist, and the other attribute fields. Setlist searches include setlist details in addition to the song titles & artist names contained in the setlist. Gig searches include gig details in addition to the setlist names & attributes contained in the gig.
